The last Caroling in the Park was on: December 17, 2017 at 06:00pm and the next one has not been scheduled

Donations requested! Our supply of Christmas decorations is running very low, so if you have any old decoractions you no longer want, the RCNA would love to have them! Contact for the delivery location of your unwanted Christmas decorations! We will be collecting all year, so whenever you are cleaning out your garage, we are ready to grab them from you!

Every year your RCNA organizes caroling in the park. And the MUD is nice enough to coordinate a Holiday Open House in the Rattan Creek Park Community Center where light refreshments with a holiday theme are provided. And of course we make sure Santa puts in an appearance for the kiddos! In some past years we've even had a bonfire (or maybe a fire in a fire pit) to sing around, although some years we have had to relocate the caroling to the community center due to weather. The RCNA provides song books and the atmosphere. You provide your beautiful (or otherwise) singing voices, FLASHLIGHTS (so you can read the song books!), and a camera if you want pictures of little ones with Santa or just want to capture this momentous occasion!

We'll start with Santa and snacks roughly around 6pm, maybe a little earlier and maybe a little later, and then once Santa has finished his duties with the little ones, everyone gathers around a bonfire (weather permitting) to sing Christmas Carols! Again, we don't start the caroling until after dark, so make sure to bring a flashlight so you can read the songs out of the caroling books! Also make sure to dress appropriately, it can cool off pretty quickly after dark in December - even in central Texas.

We hope you join us for this annual event, which provides a wonderful way to put yourself in the holiday spirit and participate in the holiday season with your neighbors!
