As of February 10, 2021, the RCNA is disassociating itself from the ACC and will no longer be processing build applications on its behalf.  Due to updated information that has come to our attention, it is no longer in the best interest of the RCNA to continue this association.  We are working towards putting together our own Resident Resource team that would be available to assist residents in finding important neighborhood information they might require – access to deed restrictions, contact info for getting street lights fixed, pool or park info, etc. We are excited to be moving forward with this new and more encompassing way to be of assistance to the community.  Stay tuned for details and If you have any questions, please reach out to any of our board members.

For general deed restriction information, please see the deed restriction section of the MUD 1 website: https://northaustinmud1.org/rules-and-resources/deed-restrictions/

Please note- if this disassociation results in the lack of an operating ACC for any length of time, that does not in any way nullify your legal requirement to adhere to your deed restrictions.  You are still required to work within your particular deed restriction limitations when choosing to modify your property, and doing so is solely your legal responsibility.
