Before You Begin

  • Check out our vendor FAQ
  • Booths are a 10 foot x 10 foot space
  • Vendors provide their own tents, power cords, tables and supplies.
  • Include checks payable to RCNA with this form, unless paying online.
  • Please submit applications and payment no later than November 1.

  • Booth Set up starts at 8:30 am and booths are open from 10am-3pm.

If you are interested in being a Rattan Fest sponsor, please contact us. Sponsors, in most cases, will receive their booth for free.

How to Apply

There are two ways you can apply: either online or by mail.

Applying By Mail

To apply by mail just print out the booth application form, 2023 Booth Registration Application, and mail it together with a check payment to the address listed in the application form.

Applying Online

To apply online, please fill out and submit the form below. Once you’ve submitted your application, please click the payment link below to pay your application fee.

Note: RCNA members receive a $15 per booth discount. Login or create your RCNA member account to claim your discount!

    To pay your application online, please click on the link below. You will be redirected to our payment provider, Stripe, to securely process your payment. When submitting your payment please select the number of booths you wish to purchase and use the same email you used in your application.
